How to join using TC Conferencing Tool
TC Conference requires a plug-in, so please work on the set up prior to the meeting time. The meeting can be accessed at the URL above.
If you are using the TC Conferencing tool for the first time, make sure that you instal the necessary plug-in and then click on the link "Click here to enter the room".
You will be asked to enter your name, but no password is required.
You can test your Microphone/Speaker and Internet connection with Microphone/Speaker Test utility.
It is safe to run this utility.

- Course Title: AA Degree - Concentration in Blindness - Beginning Braille in the Classroom
- Using learning modules, he’s been able to set the focus to make the course navigable. No mail or chat solution thus far
- Stripping the content. Exanple in the Table of Contents frame you have the list of links. Using Javascript, he’s grabbing what is in that frame and repopulating those links in the content frame/web page

- Blackboard “Partners” is the term for third party companies who work with Bb
- Melissa Anderson is presenting on 5PM Wednesday about Accessibility
- Stephanie is sending out the meeting information to the listserv
- Once the official meeting list goes out, the Interest Group (Mark) will setup an interest group meeting to follow one of the official sessions
Accessibility of accessibility related information
General request: Put Accessibility information in a place where it can be more easily found, in HTML on the site, not just in Behind the Blackboard. This should include contact information and resources for assistive technology
Andy Jacobson, the head of Communication Department will join us at our next general Blackboard Accessibility Teleconference in August to discuss the details on accessibility related documentation projects.
