2005 Survey:
Referencing Section 504 & the American with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Nearly 1/3 of the total of all surveyed institutions (8/26) reference Section 504 and/or the ADA as justification for doing standards.

Of the 21 institutions that used both standards, 8 referenced Section 504 and/or the ADA = 38 % of those using both standards for compliance.
