Issue 6: locating Sand trail (Your location)

Issue Summary

There is no easy way to locate your current location. You cannot navigate to the Sand Trail information. Usually Title of each page should clearly identify where you are at. Due to use of frame in Vista 4 there is not easy way to identify your current location using Title element. Under this situation Sand Traile and the main heading of each page play extremely important roles. Make the Sand Traile area (Your location) a heading level 2 (H2); do not include the path within the heading; make just "Your location" an H2 element. Use also a clear text for the main heading (H1). For example, if you are in the "Accessibility of WebCT" course home page, use "Accessibility of WebCT" as the main heading of your page or if you are in the "Course document" of a course, use "Course document" as the main heading for this page.
