Issue Summary
- Popup window comes up, but screen reader can move focus to the pop window, not sure why This a major annoyance, but not critical since it only needs to be done once per machine used.
- Ideally warning should be part of a sequence of server based pages that explains the issues, instead of using pop-up windows
- Pages could inform users of the current browser settings and how to change them for the browser the user is using.
