Issues with grid example fixed

• shift+tab issue fixed; now, shift+tab moves the focus out of the grid and can move back into the grid.
• onclick focus problem fixed; now, the left mouse click gains the focus.
• home/end key in column navigation mode fixes; now, in column navigation mode focus moves to the first column and last column in the same row.

Issues with grid example still need to be fixed

• Shift+left/right do not move the focus
• Block selection needs to be done
• While in column navigation mode page up/page down take you off the grid

Action items

• Jon, Hadi, and Carl meet next weeks to make the grid example object-oriented
