2. Test interoperability using multiple browsers

3. Resize graphical window for content reflow
4. If scripting is used to create interactive content, make sure content can be accessed using only the keyboard
5. Increase and decrease the font size for content re-flow
6. Link text describes target
7. Turn off images to test text descriptions
8. Disable tables to test readible document order
9. Apply high contrast stylesheet for testing colors
10. Make sure a label is associated with each form control
11. Make sure each frame in a frameset has a title
12. Navigate to main topics and sections of the resource using header navigation
