IBHE Web Accessibility Reporting Requirements Workshop
Overview
This is a hybrid workshop that will gather participants from around the state at regional venues to view a webcast on the new IBHE Web Accessibility Reporting Standards and discuss issues related to meeting those standards. The first half of the workshop will talk about the new IBHE Web Accessibility reporting requirements, review current implementation, raise awareness of the new State of Illinois IT Accessibility standards and provide information on web accessibility resources available to help people implement accessibility on their campuses. The second half of the workshop is an open forum for discussion on the issues related to the implementation of these standards at their institution. This is a time to raise questions and concerns and learn how other people have met these challenges and found new opportunities for all students to benefit from accessible design. It is also an important time to learn how working together we can improve the accessibility of purchased software for e-mail, course management and other web applications.

This is where our IT dept. is now housed. Parking is more convenient for guests than it is on the parent campus. Visitor's parking is located on the north side of the building. The fee is $4.00 and payment is made via a vending machine located in the north lobby. Guests will need to know their license plate number and should remember to keep their receipt. They do not, however, need to put the receipt in the car. Once it is registered it is reflected in the parking attendant's scanner.
