Replace with ALT Tags
When Replace with ALT Tags is selected, images and graphics are disabled but the alternate text tag (ALT) is shown. This tag is a description of what the image is. The example below shows a page with images turn off and the Replace with ALT Tags option selected. Instead of blank spaces where the images should be, text is visible. If no alt tag has been associated with the image, no information will be shown.
