The LIST OF DATA TABLES Information Window displays all Data Tables that are a part of the page in the browser window. The information window is divided into three panes. The visibility of the columns can be turned on and off by selecting the Column Selection Icon at the very right of the Column Headers in each pane. A checkmark next to an item means that column is visible. When no checkmark is next to the item, the column will be hidden.
When an item in the top pane is selected, it will highlight the data table on the page that it is associated with. Use Left, Right, Up, and Down buttons on the information window to navigate through the data table. Active cells will be highlighted and the information contained in the cells will appear in the appropriate panes on the information window.
Shortcut Key for Column Sort:
The top pane of the List of Data Tables Information Window can be sorted by Document Order or Data Table file. There are no columns to sort in the middle pane, as it is the table summary text. The bottom pane can be sorted by Document Order, Data Table Type, or Header Text. To sort, select the column name. Select the column name again to sort between ascending and descending order.
The Accessibility Toolbar includes Shortcut Keys for sorting columns. Select the ALT key and the first letter of the column name to sort. The Shortcut Keys for sorting columns in the List of Data Tables Information Window are:
- Order: ALT + O
- Titile: ALT + T
- Order: ALT + E
- Type: ALT + Y
- Text: ALT + X
Showing Data Table Labels:
Through the Options menu, any labels associated with the Data Table can be visually enabled and disabled. If a checkmark is visible next to this item, then the Data Table Labels are visible. If there is no checkmark, the Data Labels are hidden.
