Known Issues

The issues listed below are known to us, and we are working on fixing them. If you are not using the most current version, please upgrade and see if the problem goes away. If you encounter one of these issues, please do not post anything on the forum unless you have something to add that is not listed here.

Unusual Resolution Screenshots

At unusual resolutions (1400x1050 among others), the screenshots look very strange with diagonal lines. This bug is present in version .03,.04

BMP Screenshots Won't Open

When a screenshot is exported as a BMP, certain programs (including Photoshop) will not open the file. Until this is fixed, try to save screenshots as another file format. This bug is present in version .03,.04

Overlays not Supported

VIS uses a technology that is present on most modern video cards called "Hardware Overlays" to manipulate your screen. Unfortunately, some video cards do not support this feature, and thus cannot run VIS. If you get this error, chances are it will be impossible for you to run VIS on your computer unless you upgrade your video card.
